 Unfortunately, in the past, many people signed up for a free online test
class and simply did not show up, leaving the instructor waiting. They
did not have the basic respect to let us know about the cancellation in
advance. This caused a lot of additional expenses for us, which we’ve
been charging indirectly to our other motivated students in the way of
higher course fees.
We believe this is unfair, and that's why we have decided to charge a
USD 19.95 fee for the test class which is REFUNDABLE under the following
conditions:
- If you like the test class, and you want
to register for more online classes, we will credit USD 19.95 to your
AcceleratedSpanish.com account.
- If you don't like the test class, just let
us know and we will refund you the USD 19.95 without any delay or
questions.
- If you don't show up for the test class,
the USD 19.95 will not be refunded. However, it can be credited to your
AcceleratedSpanish.com account in case you register for a course.
