TERMS AND CONDITIONS

AcceleratedSpanish.com hereby agrees to provide teaching services as described on its website, subject to the following conditions:

1. Please take into account we offer online courses from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. CST (Central Standard Time), Monday through Friday.

2. Lessons are NOT offered on Jan. 1, Feb. 5, Mar. 21, May. 1, Sep. 15 (after 3 p.m.), Sep. 16, Nov. 2, Nov. 20, Dec. 24 (after 3 p.m.), Dec. 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31.  In case an online lesson is scheduled on one of these dates, it will be rescheduled at no cost to the client.

3. Use of video: in some cases (if the internet connection is slow) the video option will be disabled.

4. Once AcceleratedSpanish.com received your payment, we will contact you to confirm your online lessons. Depending on your payment option and country of residence, this can take between 1 hour and 6 business days.

5. AcceleratedSpanish.com cannot be held responsible for events outside of its control.

6. If you register for private one-on-one lessons, the fee for a cancelled lesson can only be carried forward if AcceleratedSpanish.com receives at least 48 hours' notice (Monday - Friday).

8. We cannot accept responsibility for inadequacies of students' software or hardware.

9. Classes are offered per hour and start on the hour.

10. AcceleratedSpanish.com reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion.
