TERMS AND CONDITIONS
AcceleratedSpanish.com hereby agrees
to provide teaching services as described on its website, subject
to the following conditions:
1. Please
take into account we offer
online courses from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. CST
(Central Standard Time) / 13:00 to
05:00 hours GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) /
from , Monday through Friday.
2. Lessons are NOT offered on Jan. 1,
Feb. 5, Mar. 21, May. 1, Sep. 15 (after 3 p.m.), Sep. 16, Nov. 2, Nov. 20, Dec.
24 (after 3 p.m.), Dec. 25, Dec 31 (after 3 p.m.). In
case an online lesson is scheduled on one of these dates, it
will be rescheduled at no cost to the client.
3. Money back guarantee. You must ask
for a refund BEFORE the 2nd online class.
4. Use of video: in some cases (if
the internet connection is slow) the video option will be
disabled.
5. Once AcceleratedSpanish.com
received your payment, we will contact you to confirm your online lessons.
Depending on your payment option and country of residence, this can take between
1 hour and 6 business days.
6. AcceleratedSpanish.com cannot be
held responsible for events outside of its control.
7. Payments are non-refundable.
8.
If
you register for private one-on-one lessons, the fee for a cancelled lesson
can only be carried forward if AcceleratedSpanish.com receives at least 24
hours' notice (Monday - Friday).
If you
register for group classes, rescheduling your class is only possible if space is
available in other classrooms.
There are a maximum of 3 cancellations per level for group classes.
10. We cannot accept responsibility
for inadequacies of students' software or hardware.
11. Each online one-on-one lesson lasts for 30 minutes.
12. If
the minimum or maximum limit of students in a classroom is exceeded, you can
choose to:
- attend
class at another time
- start
at a later date, when a new classroom opens.
If one of
the above options is not possible, AcceleratedSpanish.com will offer you private
online one-on-one tutoring. In that case the same amount of course materials
will be covered but in half of the time, since one-on-one classes are more
productive than group classes.
13. We reserve the right to:
- Amend details in the website and in
these Terms and Conditions with or without notice
- Discontinue participation of a
student in a lesson and/or from future lessons if the student
engages in abusive, culturally inappropriate or other
unacceptable communication
14. Gift Certificates
- Gift certificates must be
redeemed through our Web site, http://www.acceleratedspanish.com,
toward the purchase of products / services sold by
AcceleratedSpanish.com.
- Gift certificates cannot
be used to purchase gift certificates.
- Gift certificates are not
redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
- Gift certificates and
their use on our Web site are subject to our general Conditions
of Use.
- AcceleratedSpanish.com
reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time
to time in its discretion.
- Gift certificates and
unused portions of gift certificates expire one year from the
date of issue.
- We are not responsible for
lost or stolen gift certificates.
